  • Do you take my containers away to be cleaned?

    No, we have a mobile self-contained system and clean them onsite.

  • When are my containers cleaned?

    Your containers will be cleaned the day after your garbage is picked up.

  • Do I have to do anything special or extra to have it cleaned?

    No, all we ask is that you leave your cans out until they are cleaned. If there is material in your can, we will bag it up and place it back in the can when we finish cleaning your cans.

  • How will I know when my next schedule cleaning is?

    We will either email, text you or call you a couple of days before your next schedule cleaning.

  • How do you dispose of the dirty water?

    We dispose the filtered dirty water through the sewage system which is processed through the waste treatment facility.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    All major credit cards and checks.

  • What if my containers gets really dirty before my next cleaning?

    Give us a call and for a small additional charge we’ll schedule to clean it.

  • What if I move?

    If you move within our service area, your agreement will follow you to your new location.

  • Can I pay for someone else to have the service?

    Yes, you can. It’s a great gift for parents, elderly neighbors or even a young couple with children in diapers.

  • Why should I have my trash can cleaned?

    Just using a hose and brush to clean your trash and recycle cans is not sufficient to eliminate the bacteria, odors and maggots that are in and around your cans.  

  • Can I alternate or rotate cans on each cleaning cycle?

    Yes, you can on the monthly or bi-monthly rate plans. The rate is a flat rate per bin.

  • How will I know my bins have been cleaned?

    Your cans will smell fresh and they will be clean inside and out!
